Data collected through the forms

When you send the contact form or the music-school enquiry we collect the data you enter: first and last name, email, phone, the student’s age where given, the course of interest and the message text. This data is stored in the website database and in the association’s private area.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is used only to answer your request and for any related follow-up (legal basis: responding to your request and pre-contractual steps). It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties.

Retention

We keep form data for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterwards for organisational and administrative purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses only one technical cookie that remembers the language you chose. There are no profiling, advertising or third-party cookies and no tracking is performed. If we later add analytics tools or services that need non-essential cookies, we will show a banner to obtain your prior consent.

Server logs

For security and diagnostics the server records essential technical data (for example IP address, date and time of the request, page requested). These logs are used only to keep the site working and secure.

Donations

When the feature is active, donation payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as an independent controller for payment data under its own policy. Filarmonica Bardolino does not store card details.

Disclosure and transfers

Data is not disclosed or transferred outside the European Union, except for any processing by Stripe for donations, carried out with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing, by writing to filarmonicabardolino@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante, www.garanteprivacy.it).
